A space for honest work and meaningful change
Rooted in relationship. Oriented toward wholeness.
Hi! I’m Molly Talo, founder of M. Talo Wellness
A licensed therapist, integration coach, and SSP facilitator located in Austin, TX
My work is relational, body-aware, and trauma-informed to help you feel more like yourself again—steadily, gently, and on your terms.
Please enjoy exploring my site to get to know me better. Let’s see how we can work together!
For the Seekers and Shifters
I work well with people who are introspective, curious, and ready to take an honest look at their inner world—even if it feels messy or unclear at first. Many of my clients are navigating transitions, untangling long-held patterns, or feeling the quiet pull toward a life that feels more like their own.
You might resonate if:
You're deconstructing internalized beliefs around success, identity, or worth
You're processing spiritual trauma or complex psychedelic experiences
You’re craving a more grounded connection to something bigger and are sceptical or apprehensive on where to start
You’re neurodivergent or navigating ADHD with self-awareness and a desire for empowerment
You want to feel more emotionally regulated, socially confident, and connected to yourself
You’re drawn to inner child work, parts work, or exploring how your past shows up in the present
You're not afraid to question the rules you were given—or at least willing to try
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to show up and be real.
Different paths, same intention—
to help you return to yourself.
At M. Talo Wellness, you’ll find offerings rooted in presence, depth, and transformation—whether you're seeking long-term healing, focused guidance, or support for your nervous system.
Take a look and follow what resonates.

Nervous system regulation & stress management
Navigating deconditioning or disillusionment from social constructs (productivity, capitalism, decolonization, patriarchy, racism)
Cultural, political, ecological/climate change fear and overwhelm
Existential dread, identity exploration
Grief and Loss processing
Spiritual trauma and spiritual integration
My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other parts-based models, with a strong foundation in attachment theory, humanistic psychology, mindfulness practices, and nervous system work. Sessions explore how early experiences, cultural conditioning, and present-day stressors shape your internal world—and how to gently shift those patterns into something new.
This is a collaborative, curious process—not about fixing what’s broken, but reclaiming what’s always been yours.

For when you're ready to get clear, make a shift, or align more deeply with yourself.
These sessions are goal-oriented and flexible and more wide-ranging than therapy—offered as one-time appointments or short-term commitments that we design together.
Whether you're seeking clarity around a decision, a trauma-informed companion on your psychedelic integration, support in navigating a transition, or guidance as you explore new directions, this work is designed to meet you where you are.
We can work through tangible goals or take a more reflective approach, weaving in spiritual and symbolic tools like astrology, tarot, Gene Keys, or Human Design to illuminate patterns and pathways. This is not therapy, but a space for honest insight, intention setting, and integration—especially helpful when you feel stuck, in flux, or on the edge of something new.

A nervous system-based listening intervention to support regulation, connection, and healing from chronic stress or trauma.
The Safe and Sound Protocol uses filtered music to gently retune your nervous system, helping you move out of fight-or-flight states and into greater ease and presence. Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and based on Polyvagal Theory, SSP is especially supportive for individuals dealing with anxiety, sensory sensitivity, trauma, ADHD, or nervous system dysregulation.
SSP is not a therapy session, but a structured program that can be done in combination with ongoing therapy or on its own. I offer it with attuned support and pacing to ensure safety and integration throughout the process.
This is for those who want to feel more grounded in their body, more connected in their relationships, and more able to respond to life from a place of regulation—not reactivity.
